The hotel is spacious and offers a rich and excellent breakfast. Its location next to the MRT station and a 7-11 store is fantastic, making it easy to explore the Hong Kong Island district. When I'm in Hong Kong, this is my preferred place to stay.

The room is great-sized and soundproof and equipped with Wi-Fi, a kettle, and cell. The breakfast is varied and awesome, and the location is excellent just next door to ferry pier and centre of Hong Kong Island, shops, halal restaurants and MTR, and HK and tourist attractions.

Efficient staff at the reception desk and a budget room with breakfast included make for an amazing deal. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Favorable location with easy access to a shopping area and a market, and a free shuttle bus running from the Airport Express station.

The location here is awesome, super close to a Wellcome supermarket and a train station. I really enjoyed Cafe de Metropark, a great spot just a short walk from here that serves delicious treats. 🍰

Location
Bathrooms were a little dated. Shower in one of the rooms was at a low level. House keeping knocked on our door early every morning!

The lobby and the staff are very good.
I really didn't like the smell coming from the bathroom and the extreme noise from the bars near by.

The consierge staff were very good. The reception staff were good but always busy and not as attentive. The room staff were very good and responded to requests quickly. Also the hotel changed my room (which was freezing) to a warmer one on a very, very busy weekend for the hotel which I appreciated.
The first room I was given was freezing cold and not very clean. I was given a heater and more blankets neither of which helped. I was eventually moved to another room which was much warmer and cleaner. In my opinion even the public areas were colder than they needed to be.

Conveniently located in the heart of Wanchai, Empire Hotel offers a prime location for exploring the city. The nearby tram station provides easy access to other parts of Hong Kong, making it ideal for solo travelers or those without children. Despite some noise from nearby pubs at night, the hotel is well-equipped and comfortable. The rooms are larger than other hotels in the area and the hotel offers a free mobile hotspot for guests to use. I would recommend Empire Hotel for its location and convenience.

1. got upgraded to executive room by the professional receptionist. 2. being renovated yet ok, not too disturbing.
1. Certain receptionists not too professional. 2. limited ATMs near the hotel. 3. toilet bowl not seated comfortably. 4. entrance not convenient for trolleys.
